       LEAD Activity Experience

 I have done lead project in Mantooru village on 24-09-2012 about leadership activity and basic computer to the PUC students and primary school students . first I have conduct some activity to the PUC students about co-ordination, leadership, confident, communication. And after finishing this activity I gave computer training to the primary school children in Government Higher Primary School  in Mantooru. And I also conduct some different activities to children.

I am very happy for sharing my learning in LEAD activity. I have learn something from LEAD activity. Actually this is my first experience of lead activity. Before going to the lead activity I am very confused, how can do my lead activity, how can manage the students. But after finishing lead activity I am very happy. When interact with students, students are not gave attention to my speaking. That time I get students attention trough activity. From this activity I learn how can getting the students attention that is my learning. And I am also learn how can take permission from college principle and how interact or communicate with high level person. Totally I am very happy for lead activity.
